Vikki creates nutritious, home-cooked meals using fresh ingredients each day. Our menus are designed to be:

Mealtimes at Tiny Blessings
Mealtimes are a happy, social part of the day. Children sit together to enjoy their food and chat with friends. Staff join the children to encourage good manners, conversation, and to model healthy eating habits.
We also support children’s independence by letting them self-serve their food where possible.

Dietary Needs & Allergies
Every child is unique, and we take all dietary needs seriously. If your child has allergies, intolerances, or special requirements, please let us know, Vikki will make sure suitable, safe alternatives are provided. We follow strict hygiene and allergy procedures to ensure every child’s safety.

Drinks and Snacks
Children are encouraged to drink water throughout the day. Milk or water is offered at snack and mealtimes to keep everyone well hydrated. Healthy snacks such as fruit, vegetable sticks, or wholegrain options are served between meals.

Learning About Food
We make healthy eating fun! Through cooking activities, food-tasting sessions, and even growing our own fruits and vegetables, children learn where their food comes from and how to make good choices.
